Welcome to the Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District Website

Nestled in the evening shadows of Mount Diablo and along the banks of the rich and historic California Delta, you will find Discovery Bay, a community where over 13,000 residents live, work and play.

The Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District (CSD) serves as Discovery Bay’s local government, and is responsible for the community’s drinking water, wastewater, landscape services and recreational opportunities.

The District’s publically-elected 5-member Board makes decisions on behalf of the community, while the District’s General Manager and staff manage day-to-day operations.

The CSD Board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 1601 Discovery Bay Blvd.  Residents are encouraged to attend, get involved and share their perspectives on both opportunities and issues facing the community.
